R oger said “We are not starting a lawn business or a barber shop, but Ray Signorello produces a couple of wines that are something special for the price that we will be tasting this Friday & Saturday. GOOD VALUE says “Connoisseurs’ Guide to California Wine”. TRIM Cabernet Sauvignon is a complex wine which will adorn the senses with elegant, sophisticated flavors and sensible value. With grapes sourced from the finest vineyards in California, TRIM offers aficionados the sensual pleasures of a rich, full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon.
Edge is a lush, complex Cabernet Sauvignon produced from grapes which were carefully selected from the great old vineyards in the heart of Napa Valley. This is a cutting edge wine without the cutting edge price. Robert Parker loves Edge!!
Ryan Patrick “Rock Island Red” is another wine we will feature this weekend too. Composed of 58% Merlot, 36% Syrah, 5% Petite Sirah, & 1% Primitivo, which was sourced from vineyards in the Wahluke Slope, AVA. One of the warmest sites in Washington State, The Wahluke Slope provides the bold and concentrated characteristics necessary for achieving the style of their Rock Island Red blend.”
A’ la Carte Winemaker’s Red blend of 50% Zinfandel, 25% Grenache, & 25% Carignan embraces suggestive notes of peppercorn, blueberry, stewed red berry and brambly forest fruit. Only 293 cases produced.
