Here are the detailed wine notes:
Sun Garden Riesling | Nahe, Germany
100% Riesling. Straw color. Crisp, fresh and elegant with citrus aromas. Tangy and fruity sweet, grapefruit, peach, and watermelon flavors. Long, clean finish. Delicate minerality. Serve chilled as a complement to light preparations of fish, chicken or pork.
Chevalier de la Gardie | Minervois France
Marsanne is a Rhone Valley grape that is typically blended with other grapes, so this 100% marsanne is a deliciously rare find. Beautiful yellow color with green tinges. Weighty and structured on the palate with mouth filling flavors of oranges and honeydew melon. Wafts of peaches, white flowers and a soft spice note from a gentle oak influence.
SPN Spanish Red | La Mancha, Spain
SPÑ comes from La Mancha, an elevated plain in the heart of Spain with an extremely hot, dry climate that naturally produces ripe, structured wines from the clay and limestone soils. SPÑ is a Tempranillo heavy blend with 20% Syrah and 20% Merlot blended in to add complexity. Bright cherry color with violet hues. Aromatic with ripe red fruits, pepper and hints of green tea. Dry, fruity and spicy with moderate structure, chewy tannins and bright acidity. This is a delicious wine. This is a versatile wine that goes well with meats, vegetarian dishes and fish. Ideal with cured meats, pâté and aged cheeses. Perfect for social gatherings.
Small Gully’s “Mr. Black’s Concoction Shiraz | Australia
Low yielding Shiraz from our estate grown vineyards on the famous Roennfeldt Road, Marananga. Lifted aromas of licorice, chocolate, dark plums, and blackberries. Smooth tannin and balanced acidity lend themselves elegantly to the lingering blackfruit and spice of this wine. Website
Shinas Estate “The Guilty” Shiraz | Australia
The first vines on the Estate were planted in 1898. The Guilty is produced from premium vineyards. Due to its limited production only a lucky few will ever get to taste it.
Shinas Estate “The Verdict” Cabernet Sauvignon | Australia
The results are in and the “Verdict” (Cabernet Sauvignon) has been delivered. Like the Guilty and the Innocent, only a “lucky few will ever get to taste it”. The jury is no longer out – the Verdict is in.
