Lambert Silent Partner Cabernet Sauvignon | Barossa Valley, Australia
This wine displays a body of opaque crimson with violet hues, showing a perfumed nose of cherries, red currants and vanilla. Hints of green bell peppers spiced with a touch of black pepper and sweet baking spices show the complexity this wine has to offer. Those aromas merge onto the palate dominated by the sweet cherry and baking spices of vanilla and nutmeg complimented with a hint of eucalyptus. A smooth tannic structure leads to a lingering cherry chocolate finish that entices the palate to delve further into the complex layers.

Lambert Family Tree Shiraz | Barossa Valley, Australia
A bouquet of fruit stands out in this 2010 Shiraz. Strawberries, blueberries and sweet raspberries with undertones of vanilla give an aroma of freshly baked pie. That sweet fruit shines on the palate promoting a perfect balance of silky tannins and complex oak flavors leading to a long finish of caramel and roasted hazelnut.
Cost: $49.99
Lambert Black Sheep Cabernet Sauvignon | Barossa Valley, Australia
The 2012 Black Sheep shows deep ruby color with bright hues. The nose is vibrant with black cherries, wild berries and plums combining with aromatic nutmeg and pencil shaving hints to give a fruitcake like complexity. This unique red blend tantalizes again on the palate with ripe fruits of strawberries and plums paired with clove, peppermint and violet to balance the nutty, vanillin characters from the oak. The silky tannins bring the sweet fruitcake and baking spice flavors through to a clean, memorable finish. Food Pairing: Wood-fired pizzas, penne arrabiata, roasted fennel and pine nut polpette

Lambert Mustang Sally Shiraz | Barossa Valley, Australia
Deep vibrant garnet in color, the 2012 Mustang Sally Shiraz is an easy drinking wine with aromas of vanilla, plum and cherry with hints of savoury black olive.
