A fruity, appealing blend of Zinfandel (mostly), Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon & Petite Sirah. Rich and smooth with blackberry notes and notes of chocolate and hints of coconut. Luscious with a creamy texture from the winemaker’s use of oak. Not sweet, yet not completely dry. We’ve had a number of requests for Red Velvet. Here ’tis –at a very good price! Beef burgers, steaks. Enjoy with BBQ short ribs or a blackberry reduction sauce over filet mignon, pork loin or venison.
