Jean Perrier & Fils Cuvee Gastronomie 2015 | Savoie, Apremont, France
100% Jacquère. Brilliant white gold color. Aromas of white flowers and hawthorn, flinty notes reminding us of the soil. Bright, with fresh acidity carrying honeysuckle, white peach and chamomile notes along. A mineral streak adds more cut on the zesty finish. Great with salmon and a salad. WS 90pts

100% Chardonnay. A beautiful nose of Fuji apple, pear, peach, hints of mango and lemon zest lead to lovely fruit flavors and a light touch of creamy oak. Risotto with peas and asparagus, fresh crab, crab cakes, sushi.
