Chamisal Pinot Noir | Central Coast, California
Red cherry, plum & blackberry dominate the fresh flavors along with a with a note of earthiness. Partial carbonic maceration fermentation (under a blanket of gas away from oxygen) yields a vibrant fruity character and high aromatics to this popular Pinot Noir. Low tannins.
