[two_third_last]Roger said “Going into the summer months, we see a big swing from Reds to Whites & Rose’. The next few weekends we will showcase some new and some popular wines that we think will be very pleasing to many. In the upcoming weeks we are planning for tasting of different Sangria and even a Sushi & Sake tasting!”

I stopped by Friday afternoon. I Liked all of the wines although I enjoyed the Highway 12 Cab the best. I was going to skip the Stella Rosa Stella Peach but Roger talked me into it. Not bad, definitely like sucking on a peach.
Of the 3 brews, they are definitely West Coast Style brews. Hoppy, hoppy hoppy with a dose of bitterness. I’ve had these brews before. I’m assuming their label is “historic”. The eye-appeal of their label doesn’t exactly pull me into taste them. I actually liked the Palate Wrecker the most because it, how can I describe it, the hoppy bitterness is on the dull side, not say it tastes dull, but that their other brews have a sharp edge to them. This one is a bit smoother on the palate but isn’t malty smooth. Thus I say “dull.”
I will say the Angelini Pinot Grigio tastes “very Italian.” Dry, minerally and probably well suited for an extremely hot day.

I’m looking forward to the Sushi and Saki Tasting. The last one Roger had was fantastic.
