Here are the detailed wine notes:
Michael David Sauvignon Blanc 2011
Almost making up a 50/ 50 blend, the Michael David Sauvignon Blanc for the 2011 vintage is not only coming from Lake County like in vintages past, but is also blended with Lodi Sauvignon Blanc. Two premium varietals coming from two premium California grape growing regions . Aromas of grapefruit and lemon zest are prominent on the nose, melon, tropical fruit, and a continuing parade of citrus notes emerge on the palate. White peach and apricot are part of the finish, which has reasonable length. is wine is light crisp and very refreshing.

Michael David 7 Deadlly Zin 2010
A sinful blend indeed! Our flagship Zinfandel was the devise of the two Phillips brothers in their search for a blended Zin so captivating that
no one could refuse. With consistency in mind, the brothers decided to blend the fruit of Lodi’s finest growers to fill the bottles of Michael David’s new-fangled wine. In the end, seven vineyards were chosen for their superiority. Now, how do you label a wine so unique in style? Looking to their past, the two Phillips brothers quickly related the Seven Sins from their Catholic school upbringing to the seven Old Vine Zinfandels blended in their wine. Vibrant ruby in color with lots of rich earth and dark berry aromas on the nose. Bright raspberry, cranberry fruit, with some warm spice on the lingering finish.

Michael David Rage Zinfandel 2010
Medium purple in color with aromas of blackberry, black raspberry, and vanilla. Nice dark cherry and blackberry fruit flavors with cracked black pepper and moderate tannins. The grapes for this unique wine come from a 45 year old head pruned vineyard located on the southern edge of Dry Creek Appellation. With its rocky red soils and hillside slope the vineyard produces a nice peppery edged Zin with fitting of the Rage name! 14 months in American oak. Alc.: 16.0%.
