On Saturday, September 28, 2013 at 4:30 p.m. Redcliffe Plantation State Historic Site will present “Growing History – The Vineyards.” Visitors are invited to come out to the park to learn about the plantation’s 19th Century history as a vineyard and winery. This is a great program for families and will include wine cork and grapevine crafts, a tour of the historic landscape, a visit to Redcliffe’s last remaining Spanish Cork Oak and a viewing of the site’s brand new visitor center and exhibits.
