Firestone Riesling 2013 | Central Coast, California
Exudes flavors and aromas of green apple, lemon and lime zest, mandarin, jasmine tea and just the right amount of sweetness. Riesling is a German cool-climate varietal, best known for its highly aromatic character. 60% of the Riesling for our 2013 was grown on our estate and 40% came from vineyards in Monterey County. We blended in 15% Gewürztraminer to add an additional layer of complexity to the wine. The final composition exudes flavors and aromas of green apple, lemon and lime zest, mandarin, jasmine tea and just the right amount of sweetness.–From their Website

Beautiful biodynamic 100% grenache out of Tavel that drinks way above price. supple sun baked raspberry, earth, hints of herbs & shimmering acid, velvety tannin. (Review from Vivino) Website

Canoe Ridge Merlot 2011 | Walla Walla, Washington
