S topped by fairly early. Nice crowd starting to form. Great little tasting. The cheeses were excellent: Orange Windmill Cablanca (Mild Dutch Goat Cheese), Singleton’s Sage Derby Cheese (Great Britain) and Beehive Barely Buzzed Expresso Lavender rubbed cheese (Uintah, Utah)

Delhommeau Harmonie Muscadet | Loire, France
Citrus on the palette, finishes with a great saline mineral rush. There’s a bit of yeasty nuttiness there too. A 4-star bottle with a plate of oysters.
Stone Cap Chardonnay | Columbia, Washington
Bright aromatic notes highlighted by citrus, honeydew, and honeysuckle.A nicely balanced brightmouthfeel and round texture, notes of crisp apple and minerality. Textured layers of lychee and white peach flavors. Camembert, Gen Tso’s Chicken, Veal Chops, Sushi.
Mud House Sauvignon Blanc | Marlborough, New Zealand
Extra Dry style, with a fruity, soft bubble style. Fine, persistent, soft fizz surrounds a fruit spectrum of apple and pear with a hint of peach. Peach Clobber, Lemon Cake.
Periquita Red Blend | Azeitäo, Portugal
48% Castelo, 37% Trincadeira and 15% Aragons. Aromas of smooth, red fruit, floral, eucalyptus, and some oak. On the palate fruity, balanced, good acidity and soft tannins. Korean Short Ribs, Paella.
Domaine Forca Reál Côtes de Roussillon | Roussillon, France
Deep Red, bouquet of Black truffles, garrigue and black olives. Fruit comes first, quickly followed by pepper and spices. The mouth is ample, complex and silky. Veggie Pizza, Grilled Lamb/Pork/Beef.
Shebang Red Blend Cuvee IX | Sonoma, California
Dark, plump fruit. This juicy, mouth-filling red delivers incredible quality in an up-front generous style. Red and black fruits, earth, and spices. Roast chicken, BBQ ribs, grilled vegetables and cheeses.
