T heir Friday tasting included sampling Papa Mountain’s delicious gourmet vegan cheeses along with a wine tasting. 5pm-7pm! Papa Mountain also makes an artisan cheese bread and premium cassava starch. Their breads are naturally gluten free, grain free, vegan/vegetarian, and Paleo friendly. The C&aF newsletter says “Papas cultured cashew cheeses are something like you’ve never had before! Don’t care to try vegan cheese? Think again!”
