Blanton’s Single Barrel Bourbon ‘08 Release 2008 I bought this bottle a couple of years ago based on the way the bottle looked without knowing much about the bourbon itself. STOP!! Before you start in on me about buying something based on looks, be careful; we all have done it at one point or another. Maybe not with something as important as whiskey — you probably did it with something as trivial as a house or car, for God’s sake.
