Roger says “A favorite we haven’t done for a while! We will have 6 wines of which The Vineyard wine conduct a blind tasting both Friday & Saturday. What will make this tasting a little different will be we have never done a blind tasting with beer too. We will be tasting 4 to 5 different style beers also. This will give you a chance to really get a good handle on different beer styles such as Ale, IPAs and Porters.
This is always a fun tasting to do and very eye opening. Many wines that are passed over because of their labels surprise many by their great taste. We find if you don’t know the price, at times the inexpensive wines delight the person looking for an every-day drinker.
Bring a friend and give this type of tasting a try. You might just find something new that you would never purchased because of the label.”
