Course 1
Klinker Brick Rose 2016
Pleasant flavors of ripe strawberries, grapefruit and subtle watermelon, coupled with a dry composition, gently caresses the palate. The finish is light with bright acidity.
Paired with: Meat & Cheese Board
Thomasville Green Hill Goat Lady Chevre, salami tufa seca, speck, raw honeycomb, cornichons, house-made wafers.
Course 2
Klinker Brick Syrah 2014
The 2014 Syrah exhibits aromas of ripe plum, cacao, and smoky oak with subtle earthy and floral notes. The palate is greeted with bright and vibrant flavors of blackberry, anise and exotic spices. Supple tannins and superb balance lend structure to this full-bodied Syrah with a long, lingering finish.
Paired with: Mariniere Mussels
Prince Edward Island mussels, white wine, butter, shallots, garlic and flat left parsley.
Course 3
Klinker Brick Old Vine Zinfandel 2014
This is where it all began! With berries and spice on the nose, dark, sweet fruit fills the palate with just a hint of black pepper. Our 2014 Old Vine Zinfandel is a blend of 16 different vineyard blocks of old vine zinfandel vineyards with an average age of 86 years. With berries and spice on the nose, dark, sweet fruit fills the palate with just a hint of black pepper. This wine has a long, lingering finish. Whether you pair with a burger, ribs, barbecue or a roaring fire, this wine is sure to please.

Klinker Brick Cabernet Sauvignon 2014
The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon is the inaugural vintage of the varietal. Flavors of cherry, currant, leather and a hint of black tea. Flavors of cherry, currant, leather and a hint of black tea couple well with the traditional and pronounced French oak.
Paired with: BBQ Braised Beef Short Ribs
Slow-braised short ribs served with wilted Titan Farms spinach, Edgar’s signature smoked gouda stone-ground grits, BBQ demi-glace.
Course 4
Klinker Brick 1850º Red Blend
1850° is a unique Lodi red wine blend designed by our winemaker and is comprised of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Petite Sirah and 10% Old Vine Zinfandel. 1850° is the temperature at which a Klinker Brick is fired. On the palate, dense layers of raspberries and ripe stone fruit are coupled with cinnamon and spice. Paired with: Chocolate Ganache Cake
Layers of rich Ganache adn cake, macerated luxardo cherries, orange-chantilly cream.
