Enjoying Wine and Beer in the Augusta GA area

Weekend Tasting-Dec. 15-16-Vineyard

Bill Fishburne was showing off his Wine Barrel cooler he made. They are available for $550.

Istopped for Saturday’s session. I really enjoyed the Waterston Cab and the Merlot. The Merlot was the driest California merlot I’ve had in some time. The can had some nice firm tannins.

Unfortunately the Gran Sarao Cava was gone by the time I stopped by. The St. Christopher Gluhwein was a nice little stopper. It was being served warm with cinnamon sticks and apple slices added. Nice Wintertime toddy.
