B.R. Cohn Sonoma County Chardonnay 2006
What: Our 2006 Chardonnay is packed with pear, apple and citrus aromas, and shows exceptional depth and body. It offers rich flavors of green apple with a hint of lemon, and is surrounded by toasty French oak, followed by a clean, crisp, lingering finish. This Chardonnay is barrel fermented in French oak and aged sur lies for eight months. Enjoy it on its own, or pair it with your favorite grilled seafood or poultry.

Davis Bynum Russian River Valley Pinor Noir 2010
What: Russian River Valley pinot noir expresses itself differently depending on location, site specifics, and the nature of the vines themselves. I seek out the golden triangle of the “Santa Rosa plain” region of the valley, just west of Windsor and centered on the intersection of Olivet and River roads. This small area tends to enjoy the very best of the iconic local climate; never too hot during the day, and consistently chilly at night. Then I focus on a handful of vineyards that show superior vine balance thanks to well-drained, shallow and inherently low vigor soils. Finally, I choose a selection of pinot “clones” to enhance complexity, while keeping to the food friendly flavor profile that has always been a hallmark of Davis Bynum: a little lighter, without being lean; a little crisper, without being tart; a little more fruit driven, without being distracting; with a round, soft mouthfeel.

Monty Python Holy Grail Black Knight’s Reserve
What: Ten years later on the 40th anniversary Holy Grail is still going strong. With more hops than a killer rabbit, it’s a full-flavoured golden ale with a distinctively fruity flavour followed by the Black Sheep signature dry finish.
The aroma is dangerously fruity against a biscuity malty background.
You can always taste the difference when an ale has been tempered by burning witches. In this respect Holy Grail certainly doesn’t disappoint with its clean zesty flavor and long crisp bitter finish.
We brew Holy Grail with Maris Otter malt, an old and expensive variety that is renowned for the taste and the quality of the beer it produces.
A mixture of old English Hop varieties including a touch of WGV hops gives Holy Grail its lovely fruity nose.
Holy Grail is our most popular beer in the US and Canada.

Port Brewing High Tide India Pale Ale
What: Each and every fall, we experience a coastal experience in San Diego known as the “Super High Tide.” This happens later in the Fall Season when the tidal swings reach a range of about 8 feet in difference between low and high tides. When this happens, there are days when the tide just gets too high and flattens out the surf. The lineups shut down and surfers are left to wait until the High Tide recedes.
While waiting for the tides to shift in your favor, might we suggest a High Tide IPA?
Brewed only once each year to coincide with the Hop Harvest in Yakima Washington, High Tide IPA is made with 180 lbs of Fresh Hops per batch that are plucked from the vines and sent straight to our brewery. We skip the whole drying and processing stage which means the hops are ultra fresh and full of flavors we can’t normally get. Like grapes, Hops are only harvested one time each year and as such, we make what we can when we get them.
The recipe is very simple and basic with an emphasis on the variety of hops we select each year. Lately, we have selected Centennial and Chinook hops for our High Tide IPA. We used Centennial at the end of the boil and Chinook for the Dry Hopping. Now that we have brewed High Tide, we will sit and wait for the ultra High Tides of Fall to arrive knowing full well that we have sufficient stocks of great beer to get us through the flattest of sessions. We hope you’ll stock up too.

Cigar City Brewing Maduro Brown Ale
What: Maduro is a Northern English-style brown ale with some American affectations. Maduro is higher in alcohol than the common English brown ale and features flaked oats in the malt bill which imparts a silky body and works to mesh the roasted, toasted and chocolate components together in Maduro’s complex malt profile. The end result is a remarkably full-flavored yet approachable and sessionable brown ale that pairs well with mild to medium cigars.

Brewery: Cigar City Brewing

Thomas Creek Pump House Porter
What: A full flavored and full hopped robust English Style porter with a deep charcoal brown hue and a proper bitter finish.
From: Greenville, South Carolina
Brewery: Thomas Creek
